Word2Net strives to provide the best possible service to all our customers, but we will not tolerate any unlawful activity or abuse on our servers. We respect freedom of speech and expression unless it is harmful to others. These brief guidelines are imposed to protect you, other Word2Net customers and us against such harm.

Billing Policy :
All hosting fees must be paid in advance. You will receive notification 30 days prior to the expiration of current hosting period for the upcoming period. If payment is not received by the end of the current hosting period, your web site will be disabled until payment is made. Payment can be made on a quarterly or annual basis. If made annually, you pay for 11 months and receive the 12th month of service free. If you discontinue service prior to the end of your hosting period, you will be refunded only for the amount of hosting time not used. Partial months will not be refunded.

SPAM Policy :
We respect our customers need for efficient, cost-effective and interruption-free services.

Word2Net is committed to a zero-tolerance, anti-Spamming policy. Under this policy, we prohibit Spam, or any unsolicited commercial email, from being sent either:

Over the Word2Net network, by customers or any other users of the Word2Net network (including customers' customers); AND/OR over ANY NETWORK— if the message sent advertises or mentions a site hosted on the Word2Net server.

We react quickly and seriously to violations, and we further reserve the right to terminate the services of any customer willfully disregarding this policy.

Content Policy :
You cannot use Word2Net web servers for storage, transmission or presentation of any information in any violation of US Federal or State law. This includes, but is not limited to: unlawful redistribution of any copyrighted material, obscene, racist, or hate publications, or any links to such content. You agree to indemnify and hold Word2Net harmless from any claims resulting from the misuse of our service.

Pornography is prohibited on our servers. This includes sites that may imply any pornographic content, or link to such content elsewhere.

You cannot use Word2Net web servers to promote any activities considered illegal in United States, State of Georgia, or your home state or country.

Word2Net does not host sites of its competitors or web pages promoting sites of its competitors.

Domain Name Policy :
Word2net will do everything within the rules of the domain managers to meet your requested domain name. Word2net does not own your Domain Name, you do. As a courtesy we can purchase your domain name. You will become the Administrative Contract with the Domain Manager. The email of record will be notified of renewals of domain names directly by the Domain Manager. Word2net can not be held liable for mismanagement of your domain name which causes lapse in ability to view your site and/or possible loss of domain name.

Email Policy :
Word2Net may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of any unsolicited email, email bombs, hate email, or any mass email. Your email account may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address of such email. We consider mass email any email message sent to more than 25 email addresses or more than 10 news groups.

CGI Scripts Policy :
Each account comes with its own cgi-bin. You are free to use any CGI scripts you wish, however we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that effects normal server operation or service to other Word2Net customers. You will be notified in 24 hours about offending cgi script. No chat room or similar scripts allowed.

Subhosting Policy :
Subhosting (hosting more than one web site with a single Word2Net user account) is generally not allowed on Word2Net servers. It is subject to Word2Net approval on case-by-case basis.

Traffic Policy :
Following types of web sites are known to cause excess traffic, therefore we limit monthly traffic for such sites to 1Gb. We will charge small fee of $10 per month for each additional gigabyte of traffic.

Shareware, sound, video, image and multimedia archives, games, Mirror sites. Any site whose primary purpose is file distribution of any other sites with excessive amount of traffic. 99% of the sites do not fall into this category.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law. Also we reserve the right to terminate service to any customer for any reason not prohibited by law.

Any deliberate attempt to cause damage to Word2Net or any other Internet servers will result in

immediate account deactivation without prior notice. No refund is given in this case.

You will be notified by email of any violations detected. You will have 48 hours to comply with our Policy, or your account will be temporarily deactivated. Then you will have 10 business days to contact Word2Net and fix the problem, otherwise, your account will be deleted permanently.

Indemnification Policy :
You agree to use all Word2Net services and facilities at your own risk. Word2Net specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Word2Net be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Word2Net harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against Word2Net, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it’s agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Word2Net against liabilities arising out of;

(1) Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Word2Net’s server;
(2) Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) Copyright infringement and
(4) Any defective products sold to customer from Word2Net’s server.

Word2Net shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
